Meet the professionals of

Lori Martin

Lori Martin is one of the original founders of Rivercity Insurance & Financial Services.  In addition to serving her growing list of satisfied clients, Lori is very active in Rivercity's day-to-day sales operations and training of new agents. 

Ever since she was a young girl, Lori has demonstrated enthusiasm towards being an entrepreneur and serving others.  As a small child Lori would pull a wagon throughout her neighborhood, and going door-to-door, sold fruit and vegetables from her grandparent's garden to her neighbors.  Lori always insisted on having a job and working hard throughout her teenage years and into college.  As a college student, she worked in three different management positions while completing her studies.  This was just the beginning to her successful rise in life.

Lori holds many of Rivercity's and American Classic Agency's production records, and is both companies #1 all time personal producer in sales volume.  Having specialized in the mortgage protection market, Lori has also helped clients with retirement savings programs, long term care insurance, disability insurance, and college education funding programs.  She enjoys working with clients of all ages and backgrounds, and has received numerous awards and accolades from her peers and partner insurance companies for her diligence in protecting American families.

Prior to entering the financial services industry, Lori earned a bachelor's degree in Fashion Merchandising from Southern Illinois University (Carbondale), graduating in 1996.  Before entering the financial services industry, Lori gained experience in direct sales with companies such as Walgreens, MCI Direct, AccounTemps, and Mortgage Investors Corporation.  She currently resides in suburban St. Louis, Missouri with her husband and two children.


Bill Martin

Bill Martin is one of the original founders of Rivercity Insurance & Financial Services.  He also serves as Chief Marketing Officer for American Classic Agency, a position that he has held since 2015.

Having entered the financial services industry in 1999, Bill has worked with thousands of clients to help them protect their families with insurance products, and plan for the future with retirement funding and college education funding strategies.  He has also attracted, developed and coached hundreds of financial advisors and taught them how to build thriving financial planning practices.  Specializing in life insurance and annuities, Bill's recent focus has been with indexed products.  His true passion is in working with clients and agents, teaching the concept of using permanent life insurance as a tax-free retirement vehicle.

Prior to entering the financial services industry, Bill earned a bachelor's degree in Hotel, Restaurant, and Travel Administration from Southern Illinois University (Carbondale), graduating in 1997.  He worked with Marriott International in hotel management, and left the hospitality industry to begin his career in financial services.  He currently resides in suburban St. Louis, Missouri with his wife and two children.


Tom Murphy

Tom Murphy has been in sales since he was 15 years old. He started with landscaping and then shortly after he found himself selling corporate jobs at the age of 20 years old.

Tom Attended Southeast Missouri State University in the construction management department. After that Tom ventured into the Financial Services Industry. With hard work and perseverance he shortly became a Senior Advisor with Rivercity. Tom was awarded his Classic Club Ring from American Classic Agency in 2013, and is currently on track to earn his first diamond.  Tom was promoted to Midwest Sales Manager at Rivercity in 2015, and promoted to Base Shop Manager at American Classic Agency in 2016.

Tom exhibits a passion of doing the right thing and putting his clients in the best position for financial success. Tom is fluent in Mortgage Protection market as well as using permanent life insurance as a way of investing. With hard work and dedication to his clients, Tom delivers peace of mind across the nation.



Pamela Siegfried

Pam started her career in sales in 1992 selling computer software, and then moved into the family business of construction building and selling new homes in 1995. In 2014, Pam was looking for a change and decided to move into the insurance industry to continue helping individuals and families protect the homes and the lives they built for themselves. In March 2015 Pam joined the Rivercity team to continue to help families keep their homes if the unfortunate and unexpected were to happen to a family member. 

Pam attended Drake University and graduated in 1991 with a degree in Journalism and Mass Communications with a concentration in advertising, management and marketing. Pam continues to strive to overachieve, believing in the aspect of knowledge is power, and one should never stop learning.

Matt Ehlen

Matt joined Rivercity in 2013, after working in corporate America for over 10 years. Leaving that life, he began working at a car dealership in 2012. He really enjoyed his time there and learned a lot, but decided to pursue the financial services industry, as the product line was a closer fit to Matt’s educational background. 

Matt was born and raised in St. Louis. After attending college in Michigan, he returned to start his family and career. He married his college sweetheart Elizabeth in 2002. They moved to St. Charles in 2004. Their first child, David was born in 2006, with Rachelle following in 2008 and Daniel in 2010. Elizabeth is Director of Placement services for A Gift of Hope Adoptions, an adoption agency she helped found.

 Matt has degrees in Economics and History from Hillsdale College in Hillsdale, Michigan. He also has an MBA from Maryville University here in St. Louis.
